Q: What are the show times and hours of admission?
A: We do not have show times. The aquarium opens at 10:00 am with the last admission at 7:00 pm (Sunday thru Thursday) and 9:00 pm (Friday and Saturday). It is a continuous experience that you may view at your own pace.
Q: How long does it take to go through?
A: Most guests spend approximately 45 minutes to an hour, however you can take
as little or as much time as you like during operating hours.
Q: What time do the animals get fed?
A: The feed schedule is based on the animals' needs and our animal care staff's
schedule. We do not have posted feed times. However, a majority of animal feeds take place between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and are viewable by our guests.
Q: Can I come back after I leave?
A: The ticket is good for a one time admission. However, once you are inside the aquarium you will be allowed to stay as long as you would like up to our closing time.
Q: Can I take pictures/ video?
A: Pictures/ Video are allowed for personal use only.
Q: Is the facility ADA accessible?
A: Yes, Shark Reef Aquarium is fully accessible. Wheelchairs, headsets, and written text are available upon request for use in the aquarium to enhance your experience.
Q: Can I bring my pet into the aquarium?
A: Only service animals are allowed inside the exhibits; Shark Reef Aquarium
has to maintain minimal contact with outside animals for cross-contamination
reasons. This is for the protection of your animal as well as ours.
