School Programs & Activities
Shark Reef Aquarium's education programs are available for all public and private schools grades pre-k through 12, community groups, recreation centers, scout groups, and colleges.
Shark Reef Aquarium offers two educational tours per day, Monday through Friday, from 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Afternoon and weekend tours are also offered, with limited availability. The educational program consists of a one-hour guided tour through Shark Reef, and one hour of hands-on learning activities in Shark Reef's classroom. All of the activities are designed to meet state and local curriculum, and are based on the grade level of the children.
Depending on your grade, we may have your class dressing up like a shark, being a part of a food chain, or dancing around the room like a jellyfish. Whatever your grade level, we have a program for you.
Reservations are required for all educational tours. Please call 702-632-4555, option 2, for more information.
